Men are generally easy to poke fun at. They tell bad jokes, "forget" to listen to us when their sports games are on, talk too much about work, and always need a reminder to close the cabinets after they take a cup out. Honestly, they're quite the pain if you ask me. 

But all jokes aside, they make pretty great partners. Being married is kinda cool when you have such an amazing support system and husbands deserve some credit. They somehow always know how to make you smile. Maybe it's because they were inducted into the bad dad-joke club early in life, but it sure works wonders. Husbands have a calming effect and no one is better at making anxiety dissipate. They naturally are Mr. Fixit and even if they possess no knowledge of house maintenance, they somehow get the job done. If that means secretly calling a plumber, I'm cool with it. 

We might not say it enough, but even though we could do it without you, sometimes we choose not to because you make life worthwhile.
